切り抜きくんは、配信・対談・講演などの長い動画から、AI が見どころの場面と見出しを選び、字幕つきの縦型ショート動画に仕上げて、YouTube ショート・TikTok・Instagram リールへの投稿を予約できるサービスです。

動画を入れる
自分で撮影・制作した長い動画を、アップロードするか共有リンク（Google ドライブ・Dropbox）で入れます。

AI が場面を選ぶ
話している内容を文字に起こし、AI が切り抜くと面白い場面と見出しを提案します。使う場面は自分で選びます。

縦型に仕上げる
字幕・タイトル・ロゴの入ったテンプレートで、縦型（9:16）のショート動画に書き出します。

投稿を予約する
連携した自分の YouTube・TikTok・Instagram のアカウントに、決めた日時に投稿します。
SNS との連携について
- 投稿先は、利用者が自分で連携した、自分の YouTube チャンネル・TikTok アカウント・Instagram プロアカウントだけです。
- 連携で受け取る情報（アカウント名・アイコン・投稿のための許可）は、投稿の予約と実行にだけ使います。広告や AI の学習には使わず、第三者に売ったり渡したりしません。
- 投稿する動画・タイトル・公開範囲は、利用者が確認して決めます。利用者の操作なしに投稿することはありません。
- 連携はいつでも「設定 → SNSアカウント」から外せます。外すと、受け取った許可（トークン）はすぐに削除します。
- YouTube への投稿には YouTube API サービスを使います。利用には YouTube 利用規約への同意が必要です。詳しくはプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
About 切り抜きくん (Kirinuki-kun)
切り抜きくん ("Kirinuki-kun") is a web service by Challase株式会社 (Tokyo, Japan) that turns long videos the user owns into vertical short videos. It transcribes the audio, suggests highlight scenes and headlines with AI, renders 9:16 clips with subtitles, and lets users schedule posts to their own YouTube channel (Shorts), TikTok account and Instagram professional account (Reels).
- Users connect only their own social accounts via each platform's official OAuth login, and can disconnect at any time.
- Data received from the platforms is used only to schedule and publish the videos the user chose. It is never sold, used for ads, or used to train AI models.
